One of the biggest management issues we are facing now and most people will probably agree with me is "Time". There are just too many things we're trying to get done but not enough time to do it. In my case, I am a full time student but I'm also a dancer. I practice 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week. Sometimes it can be difficult trying to balance school/school work with dancing. Especially when I finish practicing, I don't feel like doing school work when I get home. Never-mind schoolwork, I don't even feel like making dinner after a practice session. On top of the physical issue, there is also the schedule issue. The studios and places I session at often are occupied with classes making it very tedious for me to adjust my schedule. Note that I currently do not work so it is easier for me to adjust my schedule around school and dance. But eventually I will start working and managing my time will definitely become a big problem.

I definitely agree, time management is a huge problem for many people especially college students, including myself because theres always so much to do such as school work, social events, work and much more.
ReplyDeleteI feel as if we all have the same issue: Time. If only there were more hours to a day or more days to a week. Unfortunately there isn't. And unfortunately I also don't have the "time" or resources to implement another day into our society's calendar. So I decided to go for a cheaper solution: A weekly planner. The only downside to it is that since I write everything in it, I lack exercising the memory part of my brain, so when I tend to forget my planner at home every now and then, I also forget my tasks.
ReplyDeleteI would not deny that I am having an issue as well with not having enough time. The main problem is we want to accomplish so many things in life that we tend to forget on how much resources we have, and that resources is “Time”. And let us not forget that our most valuable asset in life is “TIME”. We should all consider rethinking what our priorities are and that we could only do certain things in this lifetime. I suggest that we should manage our time daily because the problem might be big but once you have broken it down into parts it’s easier to solve them.
